LEBANON WILL SOON SUBMERGE INTO COMPLETE DARKNESS

Soon Lebanon will be stripped of its fuel subsidy. The government is at odds with the central bank over the end of fuel subsidies. This step would raise the prices significantly.

"During the civil war, even with how horrible it was, there weren't any power cuts," said Hassan Khalife, 50, who owns a small barbecue joint near parliament in Beirut.

"The state, which is supposed to take care of its people, is doing the opposite, it's trying to humiliate us as much as it can," he said.

Khalife has a new appliance to replace his three refrigerators. Instead of using a traditional AC unit, he uses a neighbour's generator to generate the sound.

Lebanon's electricity minister said that his country needs 3,000 megawatts of electricity but only has enough fuel to provide 750 megawatts.

Lebanon will lose it’s electricity, fuel, wifi, bread, milk, medication and many more.

Unfortunately I couldn’t find any good petitions :((
