What’s Happening in Palestine?

written by Vianca TW: MENTIONS OF BOMBING AND DEATH -The Israeli government has allowed Israeli settlers to illegally move into the homes of the Palestinians. Many Palestinians have started to peacefully protest in response to the crimes that the Israelis have committed. This led to Israeli forces violently attacking innocent peaceful protestors. Israeli forces had then attacked and bombed Al-aqsa on the holiest month, Ramadan. -Israel has bombed Palestine's main resources and media links so they can prevent news about what they've done leaving the country. The citizens struggle to inform the WORLD about it because there is no internet, no power, NOTHING. Over 200 have died and thousands injured, including innocent by-standers and news reporters. -Israel has slowly been diverting the attention of the people by the means of pinkwashing. Israel has been trying to paint itself as a socially progressive and gay friendly by releasing shows and events such as Tel Aviv Pride Parades. Another example is when Israel spent $3 million to fly tourists on a "pride plane."
